Setting language options for Jscript, VBScript and HTML  caused the options to be set for wrong language. For example, if you set the Script Tag colors for Jscript, the colors for VBScript got changed.

Enhancements:

·         The custom page header and footer strings now support macro and environment variable substitution.

Supported macros are:

Environment variable should be enclosed in % characters. For example, %USERNAME%

Fixed Bugs:

Just for few days ASPcodePrint version 1.5.9 was published on our web site with a wrong version of shared DLL AutoErrorTrace.DLL that causes ASPcodePrint to fail with VB errors. Please use the following steps to fix the fault:

1.       Unregister AutoErrorTrace.dll, which can be found in System32 directory, using the following command:

regsvr32.exe <path>/AutoErrorTrace.dll /u

Where <path> is the path of the system32 directory

2.       Delete AutoErrorTrace.DLL

3.       Empty RecycleBin

4.       Download ASPcodePrint 1.5.10 from our web site www.starprint2000.com

5.       Install ASPcodePrint

ASPcodePrint has been enhanced to accept files names through command line parameters. This means that you can:

How to use SendTo from Windows Explorer to preview one or more files in ASPcodePrint.

How to set up Send To for Windows 2000 and Windows XP? Instructions may be different in other operating systems. Please consult Windows help.

  1. Open Windows Explorer
  2. Change directory to the Documents and Settings folder
  3. Change to your user profile folder
  4. Change to the SendTo folder
    Since the SendTo folder is hidden; you will have to change your folder preferences to display ALL files.
  5. Add a new shortcut to aspcodeprint.exe. This program can normally be found in  \Program Files\StarPrint Limited\ASPcodePrint directory

 

How to use ASPcodeprint with Send To

1.       Select one or more files in Windows Explorer and right-click the mouse

2.       Select Send To from the context menu

3.       Select aspcodeprint

 

How to use Open With from Windows Explorer to preview a file in ASPcodePrint.

1.       Select a file in Windows Explorer and right-click the mouse

2.       Select Open With from the context menu

3.       Select Choose Program from the sub-menu

4.       Click on Browse button and browse to \Program Files\StarPrint Limited\ASPcodePrint directory

5.       Select file aspcodeprint.exe and click open button

6.       Click on Ok button on the Open With dialog box

ASPcodePrint also implements new menu item File | Select Files to Preview to allow users to select files to preview.
